Anderson resigns as AFL football operations manager
The AFL's football operations manager Adrian Anderson has resigned in another executive departure since the end of the season.
Anderson came to the AFL in 2004 and helped restructure the on-field judiciary process and established the AFL's integrity unit.
He has been linked to the vacant chief executive position at North Melbourne after Geelong chief Brian Cook turned down an offer from the Kangaroos.
Anderson was tight-lipped on the North Melbourne speculation, saying it was simply time for a change.
